Lier les bienfaits d’une cure Ayurvédique et du yoga

This ancient science has been recognized by the WHO (World Health Organization) since 1982.

According to Ayurveda, every living and non-living being is made up of five basic elements, called Pancha Maha Bhoothas: ether, air, fire, water, and earth—all present within the human body. They combine to form three dynamic forces known as DOSHA: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, which govern all the biological, psychological, and physiological functions of the body, mind, and consciousness.

Vata, a combination of Ether and Air, is the principle that controls all physical, biological, and mental movements. It also regulates the nervous system.

Pitta combines the elements of Fire and Water. It is the force of heat and digestive fire, responsible for transforming food and managing metabolism.
Kapha blends Water and Earth. It is the fluid that conducts moisture within the digestive system and joints.

When the interplay of these three forces is perfectly balanced, the body remains healthy. One of the goals of Ayurveda is to maintain this ideal state, helping us preserve vitality and maintain strong resilience in the face of illness.

Ayurveda also teaches us to live in harmony with nature and our environment.
